Upon hire, all security guards of 1st Class Security Services complete a standard criminal background check. Applicants must have a valid driver's license or state identification and a high school diploma or a General Education Diploma (GED). They must also be able to read, speak, and write the English language for any consideration of employment and be able to obtain a security certification card/license.


All submitted applications from security guards will be kept on file for 1 year before they are discarded. We encourage you to complete and submit the form on this page. After it has been submitted online, a representative of 1st Class Security Services will contact you to be interviewed when positions become available. Employee Terms & Conditions Clause

All applicants must clearly understand that all jobs with 1st Class Security Services are based on the Client's need for specific services and the personnel they request. Applicants shall understand that the Client's service needs and personnel requirements are subject to change at any time. Additionally, the Client reserves the right to decrease 1st Class Security Services service hours, Approve or Disapprove the guard they want to be assigned to their site, request a security guard’s removal from their site or terminate the services of 1st Class Security Services in its entirety; at any time. Applicants shall understand that job site service needs can be Temporary and can be terminated at any time. Applicants shall understand that 1st Class Security Services reserves the right to decrease employee work hours as a result of the Client decreasing our service hours; and also decrease hours or terminate an employee if the employee or actions of an employee is detrimental to our company in any way or disrupting company operations and functions or violating protocols and/or practices. Applicant agrees that if 1st Class Security Services has to pay for any insurance claims or legal suits relating to the applicant as a result of their negligence, 1st Class Security Services reserves the right to deduct up to the full amount of the claim or legal suit from the applicants pay check. 1st Class Security Services Applicant agrees that if they alter their specific site post orders/duties that was given to them by 1st Class Security Services, the applicant will be held liable for any liability/incidents that may arise. The applicant understands and acknowledge that they can work and may be required to work outside post in all weather temperatures and conditions to include inclement weather such as snow and rain. Applicant agrees that they do not currently abuse alcohol or use any illegal drugs and will not do so while employed by 1st Class Security Services. Applicant agrees that they don't currently have any medical or mental conditions that will affect their ability to fully perform their duties. Applicant agrees that if they develop any medical or mental conditions that will affect their ability to work their schedule and/or to fully perform their duties, they will notify 1st Class Security Services immediately.  By sending this application, you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to adhere to this clause.
